New Product Development (NPD) Manager 

Responsibilities: 

• Generating ideas for the new products by market visit, doing research or any tools  
• Deliver the ideas to R&D Dept. for the products development 
• Conduct product testing internally and doing research when needed 
• Analyze the data, summarizing and present the result to top management 
• Manage product launching 

Requirements: 

• Male/Female, max. 40 years old 
• Experience: min. 5 years in the same field. Preferably from Multi National Company or equivalent company. 
• Must possess at least a bachelor degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering/Industrial Design/Marketing Research/Business or equivalent major 
• Good proficiency in English, both written and spoken 
• Understand statistics software (SPSS) is an advantage 
• Creative, communicative and excellent interpersonal skill 
• Understand Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand, & Corel 
• Have passion of research and development of OTC pharmaceutical products
