Bank DKI didirikan pada 11 April 1961 sebagai bank milik pemerintah daerah Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Bank DKI berdiri dengan nama ‘PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Djakarta Raya”. Ruang lingkup kegiatan Bank adalah untuk menjalankan aktivitas umum perbankan.

In line with our rapid expansion and its organic growth,  Bank DKI now is seeking the candidates who are interested to learn and gaining hands-on experience in banking industry as follow which will based in Palembang :

1. Pemimpin Cabang (Code : PC) 

Requirements:

• Min S1, preferably S2
• Max age 50 years old
• Having an understanding of market/business characteristics in Palembang and its surrounding
• Having experience as branch manager in banking industry
• Having experience in supervision of min 20 staff
• Having a good skills in problem solving and analytical
• Having a good interpersonal and communication skills
• Preferably having experience in the field of commercial and corporate credits

2. Pemimpin Seksi/Supervisor – Kredit, Administrasi Kredit, Back Office, Customer Service, Teller (Code : PS) 

Requirements:

• Min S1  Max age 35 years old
• Having experience as supervisor or section head in above field at least 2 years and experience in banking industry at least 4 years

3. Analis Kredit/Pemasaran (Code : AK)

Requirements:

• Min S1  Max age 35 years old
• Having experience in banking (commercial and corporate, consumer and retail) at least 3 years
• Having an understanding of market/business characteristics in Palembang and its surrounding
• Having an experience in conducting credit analyst
• Having an understanding of systematic and prudent of credit process
• Understanding in the credit risk as a segment in industrial market, export – import trading

4. Customer Service (Code : SC) – and 5. Administrasi (Code : ADM) 

Requirements:

• Min S1  Min GPA of 3.00
• Preferably having an experience as Customer Service and Administration
• Max age of 27 years old  Not married 

6. Teller (Code : TL)

Requirements:

• Min D3  Max age of 23 years old
• Preferably having an experience as Teller
• Not married

General Requirements:

• Min S1, preferably from a leading university majoring in Accounting, Banking Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Architecture Engineering, Civil Engineering, Law, Computer Science, Communication, Public Relations, Sharia (Code : CS, ADM)
• Good looking and good personality
• Min height of 160 cm for Female and min 165 cm for Male with ideal of weight (Code : CS, ADM, Teller)
• Customer oriented
• Preferably provicient in English, active both in oral or written
• Not currently in litigation or involved in legal proceedings (criminal and or civil).
