Sr Engineer – Power
Responsibilities:

• Assist in bidding process for material/services and responsible for technical specification required, review and provide technical summary
• Process the NBWO / EWO according to budget allocated and time line
• Provide design of power system as requested on plan
• Support solution for all operational problem related to power system for all sites including Network building

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Electro / Electrical Engineering with minimum 3 years experience in related area
• Understand specification of all power system alternating current (AC) and direct current (DC) equipment , including terminology and its implementation
• Understand basic theory of AC power (Perusahaan Listrik Negara /PLN, Generator set with automatic main failure / AMF and its main fuel storage tank with its accessories, DC-AC inverter, un-interruptible power system (UPS) and DC power (Rectifier, battery, DC-DC converter) system engineering used on telecommunication system
• Understand basic theory design of AC power and DC power for telecommunication equipment
• Familiar with latest technology and terminology of AC power, DC power
• Understand requirement for survey and gathering data including analysis

Area Partnership Manager (Jabodetabek)
Responsibilities:

• Establish sales distribution of Core and Mobile Data Service products in Retail Outlet to achieve sales target
• Develop and manage Dealer’s sales operation in order to achieve sales KPI
• Build partnership with Dealer in developing cluster revenue
• Deliver market information to increase competition awareness
• Improve and align dealer’s sales team capability in facing competition and new business challenges
• Contribute in delivering customer experience to meet customer expectation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably from telecommunication engineering or economics
• Minimum of 3 years experience in sales field or has passion in sales
• Good understanding of sales, distribution, market and competitor analysis
• Excellent communication and sales presentation skills
• Possess customer and result orientation perspective
• Excellent teamwork
• Willing to be located in any cities in Indonesia
• Having experience in working at FMCG company is preferably

Expert - Service
Responsibilities:
Actively driving customer experience delivery and improvements for a specific service line (ie. Voice & SMS; VAS; Data & BB; Corp Solution & Roaming; Channel Services) :

• Advocates for service promise improvements for a service line Ensure service delivery per SLAs by coordinating across operational groups Own service quality metrics for a service line Prioritize and track improvements projects and initiatives Monitor and escalate critical service delivery issues Be the champion for service quality for a particular service line

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in telecommunication or information science
• Experience in end-to-end Telco business is valuable
• Must have hands-on experience in service line applied for
• Hands on experience in project management is required
• Prior experience in driving customer experience is needed
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, must be quick learner
• Driven, highly motivated, self-starter; able to work with minimum supervision
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to influence, motivate, and excite people to action
• Able to work across functions effectively
• Professional, clear and effective communication skills

Specialist - Power
Responsibilities:
