Senior Electrical Engineer
Responsibilities:

• Develops plans, coordinates and directs the engineering work for a major project, or several smaller, but complex projects, or for the design within a specific discipline. This will include work assignments,staffing, scheduling and review.
• Develops new or improved techniques or procedures for application in unique engineering problems.
• Maintains engineering records, lists and reports as required to ensure compliance with the operation's schedule, adherence to the budget,adherence to procurement specification, or to ensure engineering problems are monitored and resolved.
• To monitor the performance of designs contractors and suggest remedial actions related to electrical design

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree from Electrical Engineering discipline
• Having more than 7 years related experiences
• Must possess superior engineering skills and be capable of interacting with all engineering disciplines.
• Knowledge of electrical component and PCB fabrication techniques and technical standards. Familiar with Rockwell Automation and Allan Bradley System.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and specifications: functionality, power, timing, package dimensions Effective planning, organizing, delegating, and time management skills.
• Good knowledge of Manufacturing Process
• Computer Literate is a must
• Good in English, both verbal and writing

Senior Mechanical Engineer
Responsibilities:

• Provide mechanical design, technical analysis and resolution of engineering problems
• Must determine costs of development, environmental effects of the product,and troubleshoot problems with development, manufacturing, testing and production
• Perform classical engineering analysis on designs, conduct engineering stress analysis, fatigue, vibration analysis using both conventional engineering analysis and through computer simulation
• Provide direction and coordination of a team of engineers and designers to successfully complete maintenance tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree from Mechanical Engineering discipline
• Having more than 7 years related experiences
• Must possess superior engineering skills and be capable of interacting with all engineering disciplines.
• Must have an advanced knowledge of mechanical engineering and design and be familiar with applicable Codes, standards, and acceptable industry practices.
• Effective planning, organizing, delegating, and time management skills.
• Good knowledge of Manufacturing Process
• Computer Literate is a must
• Good in English, both verbal and writing

Financial Analyst
Responsibilities:

• Collect, compile and verify financial information, and provide financial estimate.
• Analyze actual financial result against the annual operating plan and estimate, in order to measure progress against country business objective.
• Provide reports to management on information for making strategic and operational decisions.
• Support other functional areas by providing financial studies and analysis related to pricing, cost, profitability and capital expenditure to enable the best business decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree majoring in Finance or Accounting from reputable university
• Relevant experiences minimum 2 years in finance area
• Strong analytical thinking, understanding, and could work on technical subject directly
• Self motivated, receives satisfaction from finishing work and from getting good results
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command in English, both oral and written
• Computer literate, Excel is a must and SAP preferable
