Specialist Trainer (Mechanical)
  • Min. Senior Technical High School and/or Apprentices graduate (preferable from Diploma graduate in Engineering)
  • Minimal 5 year of experiences as a trainer in HE Mechanical maintenance in the field at high risk industry in Mining or Oil and Gas Company.
  • Good knowledge about the Heavy Equipment and mining process
  • Good Leadership and communication/presentation skill
  • Good communication in English both verbal and writing
  • Good Computer literate
  • Willing to travel to all company’s sites
  • Willing to work extended hours to meet the objectives.
Procurement Engineer
  • 5 years experiences in procurement area
  • Min. Bachelor degree in Engineering
  • Good knowledge of quality the materials according to international standard specification
  • Good communication & negotiation skill
  • Time manageable and target oriented
  • Good behavior, open, honest and proactive person
  • Able to maintain teamwork
  • Working in details
  • Able to maintain and uphold work and business ethics
IR/ER Officer
  • Min. Bachelor degree from any major, preferably Law
  • Min. 3 years of experience in HR field, especially in Industrial Relations
  • Familiar with Government Employment Regulation
  • Willing to work extended office hours as and when required, and travel out of the office
  • Possess strong analytical thinking and ability to communicate with all levels of staff
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of some HR information/documents
  • Good attention to detail
Skill Development Training Superintendent (ASSET)
  • Min. Bachelor Degree
  • Min. 10 years experienced in heavy equipment industry, especially maintenance training area
  • Has strong exposure to develop maintenance trainer, training program of heavy equipment
  • Able to create own training modules / assessment for sustainable maintenance training program
  • Computer literate
  • Good command in English both verbal & written
  • Good leadership skills and team work
