Job Description :
- To provide oversight of the technical training system, maintain the Petrosea personnel Career Pathway system and provide management development of the training procedures, modules, assessments and forms in order to ensure the Technical Training System and Development is maintained correctly.
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor Degree from Human Resources Management, Organizational Behaviour, or Psychology
- Min 3 (three) years’ experience in Training & Development area, especially in competency based training development
- Has a Qualified Assessor Certification in assessment center or competency based assessment will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of training and development concept, systems, and process, especially development of Training Need Analysis, training design and development
- Good understanding on psychological assessment and competency-based assessment methodology
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Superior interpersonal skills, able to demonstrate tact, diplomacy, and flexibility in consulting and communicating with diverse groups at all levels of the organization, including line management, vendors, employees, etc.
- Strong analytical thinking
- Good communication skill with all levels
- Attention to details
- Willing to work beyond office hours as and when required
Training Supervisor – Health & Safety
- Develop, monitor, measure and evaluate all Health & Safety Training Program and Implementation to ensure people Health & Safety knowledge and work practices comply with company’s HSE policies, government HSE regulation, and other requirements.
Requirements:
- Good Computer literate
- Min. Diploma Degree (preferable from Occupational Health and Safety)
- Minimal 5 year have experiences as a trainer in HSE Field implementation at high risk industry
- Hold AK3 certified from government
- Experiences in Mining industry will preferable
- Good knowledge of Accident prevention, Fire prevention, Risk Assessment, PTO, HSE procedure, Hazob, Inspection, Emergency response, investigation accident, audit process
- Good Leadership and communication/presentation skill
- Good communication in English both verbal and writing
- Willing to travel to all company’s sites
- Willing to work extended hours to meet the objectives

Skill Development Training Superintendent
- Develop, monitor, measure and evaluate all Asset training program and its implementation to ensure all Asset personnel knowledge, skills and their work practices comply with Company policy, Government regulation and other requirements.
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree
- Min 10 years experienced in heavy equipment industry, especially maintenance training area
- Has strong exposure to develop maintenance trainer, training program of heavy equipment
- Able to create own training modules / assessment for sustainable maintenance training program
- Computer literate
- Good command in English both verbal & written
- Good leadership skills and team work
Interactive Training Module Developer
Responsible in creating interactive training modules for all
procedures of heavy equipment training, interactive video presentation
and assessment, it’s standardized and implemented at all project site
areas of Mine Operations.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma degree in Information Technology or any related major.
- Good communication in English & Computer literate
- Have experience in Development of Interactive Training Modules and Assessment min. 3 years
- Has proficient knowledge about the mining processes and various type and model of machines use in mining industry
- Good presentation and leadership skill.
Human Resources Officer (Kalimantan Tengah)
Prepare and monitor employees administration and data includes HR
support for all SITE PROJECT employees in order to provide SITE PROJECT
employees with appropriate HR support that comply with company’s policy
and procedures.
Requirements:
- Willing to work extend office hour.
- Attention to detail.
- Min. Diploma degree in any diciplines.
- Min. 2 year experience in Human Resources area.
- Able to communicate in English, min passive.
- Able to maintain confidentiality of HR documents.
Learning & Development Manager (Jakarta)
Responsible to manage and implement the strategic planning of people
and organization development program through performance management
system, change management, competency based training and people
development, organization effectiveness design and system, including but
not limited to succession plan.
Requirements:
- Willingness to do whatever is required and work outside normal working hours to achieve objectives
- Must have good communication skill
- Must be able to interact with all different people of diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Having networking/channelling in training education.
- Min. 8 years professional experience in People Development / HR field, out of which 5 years in managerial position
- Bachelor degree in any discipline from reputable local university / overseas.
