Responsibilities :

• Responsible for recruitment function, hiring process, and recruitment reporting
• Set up job advertisements, sorting applications, conduct written test and interviews for various positions
• Responsible for recruitment database administration
• Build a quality relationship with the internal divisions and external recruitment agencies
• Develop creative solutions in attracting quality of candidates, running selection centre for graduate entry level and more senior vacancies

Requirements :

• S1-S2 Psychology from reputable university
• Experienced in relation with mass recruitment (campus hiring, job fair, etc) would be an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcomed
• Passion in recruitment and strong interest in people
• English proficiency (written and spoken)
• "Can do" attitude and a team player
• Ability to communicate effectively and maintain the relationship with all levels

Marketing Auto Lease
Jakarta
Responsibilities :

• Accountable for seeking future customer to outsource their vehicle management to PT. ORIX. Manage existing customer requirements. Building and maintaining good relationship with dealers. Dealing with high-level positions customers who represent their respective companies.

Requirements :

• 28 years old maximum of age
• Must possess at least Bachelor Degree in any field with minimum GPA 2.8
• Preferably has minimum 1 year of working experience in Marketing area for Auto Leasing industry or in corporate banking
• Fresh graduates with excellent academic result are encouraged to apply
• Proficient in Mathematics and English both oral & written
• Honest, diligent and posess aggresive-persuasive behaviour when handling customer

Responsibilities :

• Actively develop and maintain relationship with customers until end of leasing period Conduct site survey to customers Compose and presenting leasing scheme Analyzing and reporting activities.

Requirements :

• 27 years old maximum of age
• Must possess at least Bachelor Degree in any field with minimum GPA 2.8
• At least 1 year of working experience in Marketing area, preferably in leasing industry
• Fresh graduates with excellent academic result are encouraged to apply
• Proficient in English both oral & written
• Self-motivated, high spirit with pleasant personality
• Solo branch placement
• Familiar with Solo and surrounding areas (Madiun, Cilacap, Purwokerto)
