Accounting Supervisor (Ebao Project)
Responsibilities:
  • This incumbent will be responsible for handling Ebao Project implementation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Computerized Accounting with minimum 3 years experience in accounting field of life insurance company
  • Depth knowledge in accounting of insurance industry
  • Preferably having experience in public accountant
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Willing to be responsible for project implementation
Organization Development & Training Manager
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree from psychology with minimum 3 years experience as HR Manager
  • Having experience as trainer and talent management
  • Having good communication skill & good interpersonal skills
  • High accuracy
  • Excellent in MS Office (word, intermediate excel, advance power point, intermediate outlook)
Sales & Marketing for Bancassurance
Requirements:
  • Min. Bachelor degree (S-1) in any major
  • Having min. 1 year of working experience at the Insurance or Banking industry, in marketing or sales area
  • Excellent oral and written communication skill both in Indonesian and English, Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outgoing personality with strong presentation skills
  • Good at in time management skills, strategic planning skills, strong analytical skill.
  • Aggressive, self motivated and customer oriented
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
Recruitment Manager
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the development of the recruitment process and the implementation of recruitment innovations, develops a talent pipeline, works with the business to forecast headcount plans across the company, review all recruitment related policies and procedures, and solves all issue evolving during hiring job vacancies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree from psychology/Human Resources Management
  • Having experience minimum 5 years in recruitment and 2 years in the same position
  • Can demonstrate Behavioral Event Interview
  • Familiar with Psychological instrument tools
  • Having good communication skill & good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
